Meal Prep for June 26th 2015!

Today I did a super easy and delicious menu of Tilapia seasons with Sazon and lime, Peas, rice, and Broccoli. I also roasted some cabbage wedges with a drizzle of olive oil and some fresh cracked Black Pepper and Sea Salt. I also Hard boiled some eggs for breakfasts and snacks in my egg cooker. Can I tell you how awesome this thing is? I got it at Walmart. All you do is add the amount of water to the plate , the measuring cup provided tells you how much for how hard done you want em. Place them in small side down and use the attachment to puncture a tiny hole in the top, put the top on, hit start and that’s it. It turns off when it’s done cooking them. I also prepped up some very simple little snacks… some baby carrots and Marzettis light ranch dip, sweet bell pepper strips, cheese sticks, and single serving bags of some pistachios. So that is my menu. Super Easy, simple, light, and delicious! I normally do my food prep early int he morning when it’s still cool out so the house doesn’t get crazy hot.
