This is one of my favorite go to little nibbles! So easy to make and delicious! Try em!
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats (raw)
- 2/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 6 Tbsp chocolate chips (next time I’ll use minis)
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Mix all together , roll into balls, chill in fridge.. It’s as simple as that! Store in airtight container in the fridge!
